On the main board, instead of showing name of topic creator and name of who posted last on the right side, include topic name.. so we can access the topic quicker.
And.. allow PM button in profiles.
Oh, and for site design.. I suggest going mostly black. Much easier on the eyes. Black is the absense of color, and white is all colors, and color is light, and light is radiation, so using all white means your eyes are soaking up more radiation whereas with black it doesn't. That's why black background is easier on eyes.
OH AND have some EE smilies as emoticons on forum maybe?
