Uhm, am I the only person who thinks that this game is just slightly against the EE ToS? Not only that, but you're obviously trying to profit off of this. So, you've stolen buttloads of code and some artwork and trying to make money. Do you have approval from MrShoe / Chris?
Please elaborate.

I don't think they are trying to make money. They rather lose more money than they earn. They stole the client, but made a new server code. Idk what MrShoe thinks.

The only thing that needs to change is the copyright at the bottom. Other than that, I believe somewhere in the ToS it says modifications of the game are allowed. Also, the money being made here is to keep the server going.

We have never made a profit in this game . Ever. We are losing money every day + we lost an obscene amount of money when we first started this game.

Okay. Then it goes on to talk about bots.
But this isn't a bot.
Does this paragraph simply by itself stop this venture?

Most, I mean ALL, of EE 0.7.0 artworks are not EE's original. Facebook smileys, and even the blocks are stolen from mario. It doesn't go against the ToS. Or if so just change those blocks.
